Building Africa
Together

Resurgence Group holds and operates interests across four industrial sectors — mining, commercial fuel, agricultural supply and property development — building the infrastructure, inputs and energy that African industry runs on.

The Group

Four businesses, one industrial base.

Resurgence Group was formed to hold and grow operating businesses in the sectors that carry African industry — the ground it is dug from, the fuel that moves it, the inputs that feed it, and the property it is built on. Each division stands on its own commercially. Together they share procurement, logistics, compliance and capital, so a customer in one sector reaches the strength of all four.

01 · OWN

Assets, not agency

We take operating positions in the businesses we back rather than broker from the sidelines.

02 · SUPPLY

Reliability first

Industrial customers buy certainty. Every division is measured on delivering in full, on time.

03 · BUILD

Local capacity

Value is added close to source — beneficiation, depots and jobs in the regions we work in.

04 · SUSTAIN

Licence to operate

Compliance, rehabilitation and community benefit are conditions of trading, not afterthoughts.

Approach

How the Group operates

Integrated, not scattered

The divisions trade with each other. Fuel moves mining product; agricultural supply and property follow the same regional nodes. Shared logistics turn four cost bases into one.

Partnership at source

We work with landowners, traditional authorities, co-operatives and municipalities as counterparties, not obstacles — because that is what keeps operations running.

Governed like a listed group

One board, one compliance standard, one set of books. Every division reports on the same cadence, so counterparties always know who they are contracting with.

Vision

The most trusted diversified operator on the continent.

To be the African industrial group that customers, partners and communities choose first — setting the benchmark for reliability, integrity and sustainable growth in every sector we enter.

Mission

Deliver, build, and leave more than we take.

  • Supply industrial customers with products and services that meet international standards, every time.
  • Build lasting partnerships founded on transparency and fair dealing.
  • Add value close to source, creating skills and jobs in the regions we operate in.
  • Operate responsibly — safety, environment and community as licence conditions.
  • Reinvest earnings into capacity, so growth compounds inside the continent.

Values

What we hold to

I

Integrity & Transparency

We say what we will do and we do it. Contracts, pricing and reporting are open to the people they affect.

II

Excellence & Quality

Specification is not negotiable. Product and delivery meet the standard we quoted, or we make it right.

III

Innovation & Growth

We adopt better methods early — in extraction, logistics, agronomy and construction — and we teach them onward.

IV

Sustainability & Responsibility

Environmental and social obligations are budgeted for up front, not deferred to the end of a project.

V

Partnership

Customers, suppliers and communities are treated as long-term counterparties. Repeat business is the measure.

Leadership

The people accountable

Resurgence Group is directed by the two people who signed for it. Counterparties deal with them directly.
